　　消息面上，今年2月25日，香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波表示，香港已实施法币稳定币发行人发牌制度，将在3月发出首批牌照。政府及金融监管机构会继续促进持牌发行人在合规和风险可控的情况下，探索更多应用场景。此后相关传闻不胫而走。近日有消息称，首批稳定币牌照将由汇丰、渣打及本地虚拟资产交易平台OS集团获得。
